Returns

We are sorry, but we do not issue any cash refunds, only a store credit that can be used to
purchase anything from our store front.

All exchanges/returns MUST be pre-approved by Dr. Dane's Staff. If you like to return
something, please call us at 1-800-939-9956 or 985-893-0050 to arrange a return authorization
(R.A.) number that will be issued only after 10 days of the purchased date on your
invoice.Any/ALL part(s),that were purchased from us,MUST be repacked in same shipping
secured packing box(s),a long with the same Part(s),and the Invoice that was shipped to you. A
30% restocking fee will be deducted from the Part(s),price only that is on your Order(s), and
Invoice(s),and after we receive it we will credit your Pay Pal Account in 10 business days.

Unopened Merchandise

Unopened merchandise may be exchanged for a store credit, less all shipping costs for any
other product we sell without a restocking fee charge.

Opened Merchandise

Opened merchandise may be returned for a store credit less a 35% restocking fee if
merchandise is returned double boxed in its original factory carton/s (undamaged unit,
styrofoam, warranty card, instruction manual, all included accessories and all free items given).
You will be charged extra for any missing or damaged items upon return. Any/all returns on
machinery,product(s),or part(s),that were purchased out from our store front location,without
styrofoam,there is a 35% re-stocking fee and You will be charged extra for any missing or
damaged items upon return.
We cannot take any returns on opened software or embroidery cards unless the item is
defective and in its original packing, in which case it will be replaced with an identical item.
We will replace any unit under warranty claim that the manufacturer determines to be defective
in material and workmanship, that cannot be repaired within 29 days of purchase. We have to
see and check the unit/s first to determine if the problem you are having is covered by warranty
claim.

Refusal of Shipment

If you, or your party refuses a shipment that was not canceled according to the Cancellation
Policy, you and your parties will be charged for shipping of the product/s both ways. A store
credit will be issued for the difference.

Our website is not always updated in real time. We do our best to insure that the items we have
on the site are in warehouses of stock. However, this is not always possible in the world we live
in today. Due to the fact that our markup is less than 10% on items,if a manufacturer raises their
price to us,we may not be able to honor the price on the website. Even though, in all cases. We
will do our best to do so for you. Pricings are subject to change and we are not responsible for
any or all typographical errors. If there is a price difference, we will contact you with that
information via phone or email before any changes are made to your credit card.
